AttributeError: module 'tensorflow.contrib.tpu' has no attribute 'outside_compilation'

I used the RTX2080 graphics card to train the ssd_mobilenet_v1_coco model. Soon after training, an error occurred: AttributeError: module 'tensorflow.contrib.tpu' has no attribute 'outside_compilation'. How can I solve this problem?

It is because of TF version?
This is not related to GPU. So, you can just comment out all use cases of outside_compilation.
Now, it is inside tf.tpu.xxx for TF 1.15 and tf.compat.v1.tpu.xxx in TF 2.0
