waiting for new checkpoint

eval.py gets stuck at waiting for new checkpoint for deeplab. how did i resolve it .

this is because you dont have the checkpoint file in your --checkpoint_dir
and i met same issue when i want to eval the checkpoint from model zoo

here is how i fix this (exp: if you try to eval the pretrained checkpoint from model zoo xception65_cityscapes_trainfine)

1 .add a checkpoint file like the

2 . edit the checkpoint file
"model_checkpoint_path: { YOUR CKPT PATH }model.ckpt"
