Returning the Centre Coordinates#8387

+ Added a function that will return the center coordinates of the detected bounding box per frame. + Can we widely used to get the center coordinates fast. User won't have to add any ninja code him/herself. + Can be used to track object location (which I did in my recent project, and that's what bought me to this PR) + Added a 'verbose' flag which would print the value of the Coordinates in the console when set to True.
