How to freeze the model into probotbufs?

Hi guys, I am trying to freeze the checkpoint to .pb file, but it seems the model is using dataset iterator to load data, anyone who had done this before? Thanks!

Currently, TensorFlow GraphDef doesn't contain CollectionDef, which is used for store table initialization information. So, we cannot save in .pb but .meta.

I want to do the same convert the .ckpt files that are generated into a Keras model or get a .pb file out as an output. Any simple way of doing this ? @bastings @oahziur
