I think it would make sense to implement stopping ratio and continuation ratio distributions here, too. These are ordinal distributions where the different categories can only be reached "sequentially" , i.e., one after another, for instance academic degrees: Bachelor < Master < PhD < Habilitation.
These distirbutions arise frequently in medicine and biology, but unfortunately not many tools support them (BRMS is one).
I have some time on my hands if you would be interested in a PR.
