Rebulid T2T with single thread #1710
Description
I test the machine translation job with CPU in interactive way through commandway.
It needs about 1 second for decoding one sentence.
I find in this way, mutil threads does not ues at all.
May I rebulid the T2T in single thread way and it may accelerate the decoding speed ?
