Option to place y-axis labels left and/or right of the plot?

I have a rather large screen and I often spend a lot of time looking at plots like the following:

The problem is that when I want to know where my values are at the right end of the plot, I try to follow the grid lines across the image and inevitably get lost about half way through.

Would it be possible to add y-axis labels to both the left and/or right of an image as of a specific aspect ratio, or at least provide an option to do so? Usually, the values we're most interested are on the right end anyway, so they'd probably be more useful there, but I'm a bit wary of breaking with convention too abruptly.

Hmm, this is a reasonable point. That said, couldn't you get the values on the right hand side by hovering and looking at the tooltip table of values? I realize it's not quite as glance-able but that way scales to showing the values at every point along the chart, so it would help you also find the values of points in the middle of a wide chart, while adding an axis on the right hand side only helps with the points on the far right.
