Description
The current description for the Tern project in setup.py is:
"An inspection tool to find the metadata of the packages installed in a container image." Change this description to be more accurate.
Implementation
Change the 'description' in setup.py to say: "An inspection tool to find the OSS compliance metadata of the packages installed in a container image."
