Fix #3 (Module Inception): - Removed nested mod tests wrapper in src/commands/tests.rs - Unindented all test code to be at module level - Fixed YAML test data indentation that was broken during unindent Fix #4 (Items After Test Module): - Moved parse_markdown_command() function before test module in markdown_parser.rs - Follows Rust convention of test modules at end of file All terraphim_agent tests passing (65 library tests, 10 integration tests). 🤖 Generated with [Claude Code](https://claude.com/claude-code) Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>
