Terrateam config file does not handle dirs ending in "slash" correctly #518

Describe the bug
It sees them as separate directories
Steps to reproduce
Add to dirs section a directory that exists in the repository but add a trailing slash to it, then run terrateam repo-config in the pull request, you'll see the dir with a slash at the end show up on its own as well as the dir that actually exists in the output
