Remove docker engine api dependency, move into source tree

we are depending on https://github.com/jarlah/docker-engine-api-elixir now.

I want to stop using the autogenerated client library and implement a custom docker engine api client module in testcontainers for elixir

but first things first, need to move the docker engine api client inside the main source tree
