[Enhancement]: Bounty documentation should provide details of the label used for bounties.

The [bounty documentation][https://github.com/testcontainers/testcontainers-java/blob/08f75a5217f601439ef426b059908164a02deba4/docs/bounty.md#for-sponsors] says:

we will assign a label to the issue so that interested developers can find it.

But does not mention what the name of the label is! ;)

Would be great if it named the label, and ideally provided a link that brought up all open issues with that label.

If you let me know the label name, (I couldn't find one), I'll create a PR with the necessary :)
