Sprint Coverage report in Jira isn't working properly

Describe the bug
No data is returned when I access the Sprint Coverage Report and filter by a sprint ID.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the Sprint Coverage Report in Jira and insert the sprint ID from an existing sprint in the project.
2. No data is returned

Expected behavior
You should be able to see all the tickets for the sprint that is given.

The application is trying to use depricated API method, and this feature is not working for all users 100%

When submiting the sprint ID, respons from jira api is:
