IQA_script: get_aperture error: Invalid shape (1, 1, 1120, 1120) for image data

I tried the get_aperture-function on skymodel-b and I feel we have to adjust the function to the output-style of our DC_run script - or vice versa. If I am to fix it, I would need the an expert's comment on what is actually failing where and why.
