Uh oh!
There was an error while loading. Please reload this page.
I asked (and got, thanks!) the possibility to use inside BibilioteQ an Italian Z39.50 server.
I was expecting a new version of BiblioteQ, but only the source was upadted, not the downloadable binary version.
I tried buiding under Linux Mint, and it took a while to discover by trial and error all the prerequisite stuff.
It could help if a list of "apt install" or something equivalent could be included with the source of BiblioteQ (maybe it is available, but I was unable to find it). Anyway, at the end the build worked fine, and I could use the Italian Z39.50 server all right.
I am willing to translate into Italian the BiblioteQ messages. I have seen the file to modify (biblioteq_it_IT.ts). I am not too sure if all the places in which each message occurs are added "automagically", or if I should prepare a script in order to do that. I am familiar with translating messages (I am doing it for Vim and Gawk), but in that case the environment is pure C.
Please, let me know where I should go from here.
PS Using a mail address instead of git could probably help. My email is azc100@gmail.com
