Need to display a more detailed message for some 400-500 level HTTP errors. #23
Description
If an API call does not get a proper response from the Sovren service, the error message is a generic 'Unknown API Error'. We can improve this and log what the actual HTTP status code was. Can repro this by using a bogus URL to create a DataCenter object and then attempting to make some API calls.
