Problems with the phonetic form checkbox

When the search input field is empty, checking "phonetic form" doesn't work, or causes "on" to be written in the search field. When it can be checked, an additional input field appears.

After the fix, .* is inserted instead of space when phonetic search is on in the simple search field.
