This PR updates the github-release package’s Cabal dependency bounds to permit building against aeson 2.3 (per the linked Stackage request).
Changes:
- Extend the
aesonbuild-dependsconstraint to include^>=2.3.0. - Slightly relax the lower bounds for the existing
aesonranges (e.g.,2.1.2.1→2.1.2).
