New action: write.
New filter: date_lastused (macOS only).
Conflict resolution renaming now starts with 2 instead of 1.
Add support for FS urls as path to the config file and working dir
(both in the CLI and ORGANIZE_CONFIG environment variable).
Removed hidden (deprecated) CLI option --config-file.
Lots of new tests and some bugfixes.
