Epic: Rapid Capture

As the Essentialist Developer
I want to open the app and immediately type a log entry
So that I don't lose my train of thought while context switching.

Acceptance Criteria:

• App loads in < 500ms.
• Default view is "New Entry".
• Cursor automatically focuses the first input field on load.
• "Save" can be triggered via keyboard shortcut (e.g., Ctrl+Enter - See UI Specs).
