- claude-code-review.yml: auto-reviews PRs (anthropics/claude-code-action@v1) with a TypeScript/CLI-focused prompt. Reads prior review comments on re-reviews so it builds on past feedback instead of repeating itself, and reads referenced issues for context. - claude.yml: responds to @claude mentions (restricted to repo owner/member/collaborator). On a re-review (new commits pushed), the reviewer first reads its own prior comments via
