🗺️ Bộ dữ liệu GIS (Mới)
Vietnamese Provinces Database hiện đã hỗ trợ bộ dữ liệu GIS tùy chọn, cung cấp dữ liệu ranh giới hành chính cho toàn bộ các đơn vị hành chính của Việt Nam.
Dữ liệu nguồn được xây dựng dựa trên dữ liệu từ trang web Bản đồ tham chiếu đơn vị hành chính Việt Nam do Nhà xuất bản Tài nguyên Môi trường và Bản đồ Việt Nam thuộc Bộ Nông nghiệp và Phát triển Nông thôn công bố.

Dữ liệu GIS được cung cấp
Mỗi đơn vị hành chính bao gồm:
- Dữ liệu ranh giới đầy đủ (

area_km2) - Mã hành chính (province_code/ward_code) được đồng bộ với bộ dữ liệu chính
Điều này cho phép các nhà phát triển triển khai:

- Tra cứu ranh giới hành chính
- Truy vấn Point-in-Polygon
- Phân tích dữ liệu không gian

🔗 Tích hợp liền mạch với bộ dữ liệu hiện có
Các bản ghi GIS được liên kết trực tiếp với bộ dữ liệu hành chính hiện tại:
gis_provinces.province_code→provinces.codegis_wards.ward_code→wards.code
Người dùng hiện tại không cần thay đổi cấu trúc cơ sở dữ liệu nếu không có nhu cầu sử dụng các tính năng GIS.

This release introduces one of the most requested features since the project was launched:
🗺️ GIS Dataset Add-on (New)
Vietnamese Provinces Database now includes an optional GIS dataset containing administrative boundary geometries for all Vietnamese administrative units.
The GIS data was built using data from the Vietnam Administrative Units Reference Map published by the Vietnam Natural Resources, Environment and Cartography Publishing House under the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment.

Included GIS Data
Each administrative unit contains:
- Full boundary geometry (

🔗 Seamless Integration
GIS records are linked directly to the existing administrative dataset:
