Toolbar Plugin support #7

Toolbar Plugin support would be a great addition to this.
A user on the forum created this, but didn't submit a pull request on GitHub for his patch. I probably could run a diff and submit the pull request.
This particular patch also breaks RasterProp support for ScanSAT, so it might not be good to add it to the trunk just yet. However, it will be easier to fix this bug if we have the code on Github.
