Your password is the key to your digital identity at Kiski.
- Visit console.jumpcloud.com
- Sign in using your username and password.
- Students receive their username and password during orientation after they arrive on campus.
- Employees set their password using an activation link sent to the personal email address used during the hiring process.
- If need help finding your username or password, contact us.
- You may update your password in the Security tab of the JumpCloud user console. Passwords should be unique and have at least 6 characters. Protect your password. This password will be used for every Kiski account.
- For additional help, view the official JumpCloud documentation or contact us.
- Memorize your password: Determined attackers will eventually find a password if it's written down.
- Use Passphrases: Combine 3 or more random words with some numbers (example: dragon-pizza-sunset-576) instead of short, complicated passwords. They are easier to remember and harder to crack.
- Use unique passwords: Keep your personal account and school account protected with different passwords so that if one gets compromised, the other is still secure.
- Keep your password private: Never share account credentials with anyone, even classmates or coworkers. Once shared, control over account security is lost.
