We are excited to announce the first public release of TheBisik Language Pack Installer, a specialized utility for WordPress administrators designed to simplify translation management.

✨ Key Features in this Version:

  • Bulk Installation: Select and install multiple language packs simultaneously from the official WordPress.org repository.
  • No Global Locale Change: Download translation files without needing to change the entire site's primary language setting.
  • Asynchronous Processing: Background installation utilizes native WordPress Upgrader APIs, ensuring a smooth experience without garbled text output.
  • Language Management: Easily see which languages are currently installed and bulk-delete those that are no longer needed (excluding English).

🛠 Requirements:

  • WordPress: Version 5.0 or higher.
  • Permissions: Administrator account with install_languages capabilities.

📦 Installation:

  1. Download the thebisik-language-pack-installer.zip file from this release.
  2. Upload it via Plugins -> Add New -> Upload Plugin in your WordPress dashboard.
  3. Activate the plugin.
  4. Navigate to Tools -> TheBisik Language Pack Installer to start managing your languages.

This is the initial open-source release of the plugin.
