Fixes thecoder75#91. This prevents plyr from seeking input fields of type "range" once we use a keyboard shortcut that listens to ← or → keys. For example, pressing the video rotation shortcut (Alt ← or Alt →) would also seek the progress bar if the focus was on it, and we don't want that.
