Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

My setup has Codex / ChatGPT desktop app for MacOS, but no Codex CLI.
Codex CLI is marked as "detected" by the claude-mem installation process, but later the log prints

│  Installing Claude-Mem for Codex CLI (native hooks)...

│  Codex CLI was not found on PATH.
│  Install Codex, then run: npx claude-mem@latest install

after experiencing #3636

Describe the solution you'd like

The plugin installs and works with Codex / ChatGPT Desktop app for MacOS.
