Steps to run CNN classification on Mel Spectrograms

1. Run clean.py to prepare the available data and create clean csvs
2. Run wav2spectrogram.py to produce the mel spectrograms
3. Use prepare.py to create a 4 fold cross validation set
4. Run model_image.py to obtain results
