Feature Request to disable recompile on port change

I often times try to flash several micro controllers (of the same type) one after another, and every time I select a new port, the project recompiles. It would be nice to have a flag in the settings, that when enabled prevents recompilation on port change.

Currently the best workaround is to unplug the just flashed micro controller, and plug the next one using the same USB port and hope it gets the same serial port number.
