Import participants for snapshots
You can quickly invite your team members, stakeholders, and supporters by uploading a list of e-mail addresses and roles through the Teams Dashboard (requires "Professional" or "Enterprise"). To do so, find the "Import" button on the snapshot management page:

Now, provide a list of email addresses and roles ("TeamMember", "Stakeholder" or "Supporter") in this template, and upload it:
Before you upload the .csv file, ensure that:
- Remove the three examples in participantinvites.csv;
- The file is comma-separated, meaning that columns are separated by commas, and each line ends with a line break;
- The file cannot contain more than 50 invites or be larger than 500Kb;
- Each row cannot exceed 100 characters;
- If the file contains any validation errors, they will be returned;
- Any email addresses already invited won't be invited again. If you want to re-invite someone, remove any existing invite first;
- For privacy and security reasons, we urge you not to add more information to this file, such as person names or comments. Just stick to a list of e-mail addresses and types.
Great question! While such a feature makes sense, it would break the strong anonymity guarantee we offer participants. We do not store the full email address you provide for invitations anywhere. Instead, we send the invitation email and discard the full email address. If we want to offer a feature as described above, we would need to remember the full email addresses. However, this makes it possible for us to identify which person gave which answers, even those who choose to remain anonymous by not providing their e-mail address as part of the questionnaire. We do not have this ability at this time. Furthermore, company legal departments do not like the prospect of our platform retaining all those email addresses (which count as personal information).
You can use our import feature instead to simplify the process of (re)inviting teams for new snapshots. If you keep an updated list of members, stakeholders, and supporters on a local storage device, you can easily re-invite the same people again for any new snapshots.
