How to rotate image in "_defconfig" ?

No change.

Why aren't you using prudynt to flip the image?

I want the image to be rotated to correct orientation after installing FW, without additional configuration.

Check prudynt-override.json file in okam qc3 camera configuration. That is exactly what you need.

I added two module parameters to flip the axes (invert_x and invert_y).
Check out this branch, compile, test it on your device and if everything's ok I'll merge into the main branch

I give up.
I put
tmi8152_spi_dev invert_x=0 invert_y=1
to
/etc/modules.d/tmi8152_spi_dev
Nothing changed.

I thought maybe the module was loading before the overlay.
I changed
echo "tmi8152_spi_dev invert_x=0 invert_y=1" > $(TARGET_DIR)/etc/modules.d/tmi8152_spi_dev
in "spi-tmi8152.mk"
Result the same.

I checked
output/.../build/spi-tmi8152-3edf4a47ee79ab5d06cfabd8e2062e7c099f911e/motor.c
modifications are there.

You're using the wrong module. The module that controls the motors is motor.ko, which is usually inserted by the S09motor service. You may need to edit that service file to test the parameters.

I don't really know... Maybe there's something like the BR2_SENSOR_PARAMS but for the motor module...
The uboot environment variables is another option.
