Modal Backdrop dismissible prop does not work on smaller screens

• I have searched the Issues to see if this bug has already been reported
• I have tested the latest version

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Modal Docs
2. Toggle mobile view or tablet view
3. Test the backdrop dismissible on small screens

Current behavior

It works on desktop/bigger screen but does not work on smaller screens.

Expected behavior

It should close the modal when clicked in backdrop region on smaller screens.
