Rendering was frozen while dragging the window

After merging from this commit Add custom hovered area support to borderless windows

My rendering was frozen while I was dragging the window. I think it was due to the return of HTCAPTION in the MSG callback when the mouse position was considered in the title bar region. Before this commit, HTCLIENT was returned instead and the rendering was just fine.

Yes there is an issue, but it's because when moving the Caption, Windows takes over on the event loop and the only thing I can catch is the Paint event.
So at the moment I can't fix the bug without changing the way of using EasyWindow via the Update function.

I added the Caption hit because some behaviors (Like Windows 11 maximize button suggestions or PowerToys FancyZones) are handled in the default Windows event loop.
