Pull Request Overview
This PR updates the README.md file to include ChemRxiv preprint information for a pending publication. The change replaces placeholder values in the second citation with actual ChemRxiv details while keeping temporary placeholders for fields that will be updated upon peer-reviewed publication.
- Updates the DOI, journal, and related citation fields for the B3clf paper
- Replaces "xxx" placeholders with ChemRxiv information and appropriate pending publication notes
