Changes

• NeoForge: Fixed when targeting Minecraft version above or equal to 26 (#271, thanks @GLDYM).
• CLI: Improved sorting of search results for Forge and NeoForge versions, now in descending order which is easier to interpret for us humans.
• CLI: Improving help message to have "root options" also available in all sub commands (#212, thanks @Ristovski and @Fugach).
• CLI: Better sorting of options in the help messages.
• CLI: Fixed broken pipe error (by using less for example).
• Cargo: Update the homepage directories to the new GitHub username.
• Dist: Updating lock file with newer and compatible version of dependencies.
