Bug Fixes

• CSS was not loaded on the Dashboard page (missing �nqueue_assets hook)
• Hourly chart hour labels were overflowing the container
• Single-day bar chart stretched bar to full container width

Shipping Integration (Shippo + EasyPost)

• Rate picker — click Get Shipping Rates on any Packed order to fetch live carrier rates in a modal; cheapest rate is pre-selected automatically.
• Buy label — purchase the selected label with one click; tracking number, carrier, and label PDF URL are stored on the order.
• Void label — void a purchased label and revert the order to Packed status.
• Auto-ship on Pack — optional setting to instantly buy the cheapest available rate the moment an order is marked Packed.
• New order status — bfo-shipped (blue badge) with bulk-action support and a customer-facing label.
• Shipping settings tab — configure provider (Shippo or EasyPost), API key, from-address, and default parcel dimensions.
• Queue integration — Label column in the order queue shows tracking link or Get Rates button for Packed orders.
