Room Visibility on Small Screen Devices #3

Thanks, and the screenshot made it clear: the panel covers most of a small screen and the ✕ throws you back to the floor view. There is now a − button next to the ✕ in the room panel (0.9.0). It folds the panel down to its title bar, so the devices are out of the way and the room stays in view. The arrow that replaces it opens the panel again. The panel starts open every time you pick another room. Update through HACS, restart Home Assistant, then reload the NextFloor page. This works great on my mobile and tablet in portrait mode as well as in a narrow window on my PC, but in landscape mode or on a wide browser window it actually folds up to the title bar which is then stuck in the middle of the screen. |
Uh oh!
There was an error while loading. Please reload this page.
One of the issues I have that on a small device, e.g. mobile phone or low res tablet, this view
gets compressed quite a bit so that I can only see the entities pop-up.
When I then want to hide all the entities to just see the room by clicking the X, the view goes back to the standard view for the floor.
It would be great to have a second option - in addition to the X - that would just minimize or take away the entities but stay on the room view.
Maybe something like this:
