Wall Heights Vary from one End to the Other #4

Thanks for the sketch, that is a clear picture: a lean-to style room, with the side walls running from the low wall up to the high one and the clerestory windows in the tall wall. This is in 0.9.0. In the room's wall list every wall now has a Sloping button. Press it and the wall gets two fields, Height at the start and Height at the end; the top runs straight between them. "Start" is the first corner in the wall's name (for "Wall 2–3" it is corner 2). Both heights may be above the floor height, so 2.5 m to 4.7 m works. For your room that means: the low wall keeps 2.5, the high wall 4.7, and the two side walls slope from 2.5 to 4.7 (and 4.7 to 2.5 on the other side, depending on which way the corners run). Windows and doors on a sloping wall stay under its top, so a window near the high end can be taller than one near the low end, and a high clerestory strip fits there. A corner you add on a sloping wall splits the slope at the height it has at that point. The little ▭ button makes a wall level again. One thing to know: a height above the floor height reaches into the floor above if there is one, so for a room like yours you will want it on a floor with nothing above it, or on the top floor. Update through HACS, restart Home Assistant, then reload the NextFloor page. Release notes: https://github.com/therealMRBK/NextFloor/releases/tag/v0.9.0 |

Thanks for the quick response! I will play with it and provide some feedback as soon as I get the hang of it 👍 |
Uh oh!
There was an error while loading. Please reload this page.
I have several rooms that have different wall heights on opposite sides - some of them with so-called clerestory windows that have electrical/smart shutters.
Would it be possible accommodate for that, e.g by providing a non-standard option to define a wall height and point 1 of 2.5m and at point 2 of 4.7m?
Maybe there's room for something like a checkbox in the above dialog that says 'Sloping Ceiling' or 'Different Wall Heights' and allows a value to be entered for Point 1 and a different value for Point 2 only if the checkbox is ticked.
