in 1.9.18 I keep getting this issue

Auth key and deployment ID haven't changed since 1.9.8 (tripple checked)
Relay test keep failing, SNI test is very random but I get some green
Some websites like script.google.com and github opens with it
but it just doesnt work with telegram and youtube anymore
Ever since I updated from 1.9.10 each version gave me issue, and now that I go back to 1.9.10 issue seems came along as well

App quota not hit limit
No error on execution tab in google script, all say running or completed
Auth key and deployment ID haven't changed since 1.9.8 (tripple checked)

Ever since I updated from 1.9.10 each version gave me issue, and now that I go back to 1.9.10 issue seems came along as well
