Built-in sound card does not work on Dell XPS 14 9440 (Meteor Lake)

@rom-ruszok, looks like cs42l43 is not probing for some reason and because of that the sound card cannmot be created.
Can you attach the unfiltered kernel log and the output of
sudo cat /sys/kernel/debug/asoc/components and sudo cat /sys/kernel/debug/asoc/dais and alsa-info.sh --no-upload

Looks like cs42l43 is never attached. I would suggest making sure the BIOS reported ACPI table matches the real HW configurations. @charleskeepax Do you have any idea?

Should I try updating the BIOS? fwupdmgr says no available updates but it seems like I'm 3 versions behind (1.19.0).

Yeah this one is a bit weird, it does look like it also has a realtek device in the ACPI which is presumably not really present. However it does look like the codec fails to boot for some reason. Let me go through the log in a little more detail and see if I can find anything here.
