This PR adds WCL (Wildcat Lake) DMIC function topologies to the audio topology configuration. WCL shares the same audio IP as PTL, so the topologies are identical except for the platform name and output filenames, which the Linux driver requires to match the pattern sof-wcl-dmic*.tplg.

- Added 8 new WCL DMIC topology configurations (2ch and 4ch variants with IDs 2-5)
- All configurations mirror existing PTL topologies with platform-specific naming
