Ability to observe stores

• add babel plugin for wrapping solid stores
• restructure the babel-plugin package

TODO:

• support createMutable in the babel plugin
• add unit tests for the babel plugins
• rename the babel-plugin package to vite or transform
• provide a simple API for observing stores
