This corrected prerelease replaces the withdrawn candidate that showed a false fixed-network state on a clean profile.

This is a prerelease for the independent tester, not the GA declaration. Verify downloads using the attached SHA256SUMS.

All earlier f486d92 and f134c14 artifacts are withdrawn and must not be used.

Groot v0.4.95 multi reproducibility inputs (71d71025)

Unsigned reproducibility campaign inputs only. This is not a GA release and contains no Groot application package. The three assets are the exact frozen Developer ID-signed Bitcoin Core HWI helper, its reviewed provenance/signing manifest, and checksum file shared by Machine A and Machine B for commit 71d7102.

This prerelease is an opinionated, Testnet4-only candidate for testing Groot's fixed Partner Continuity and Family Continuity wallet-policy creation flows.

Included

• Exactly three wallet choices: Standard, Partner Continuity, and Family Continuity.
• Fixed native-SegWit Miniscript policies with plain-language authority timelines.
• Guided, resumable public-key enrollment for eight Partner roles or seven Family roles.
• Descriptor preview and backup, role-aware immediate signing eligibility, localization, responsive desktop/mobile layouts, and fail-closed hardware compatibility messaging.
• A detailed manual acceptance plan and deterministic public-only signer fixtures.

Safety and scope

• Testnet4 only; mainnet is not compiled into this candidate.
• macOS Apple Silicon (arm64) only.
• Ad-hoc signed development candidate, not a notarized production release.
• Never use real bitcoin, production descriptors, real xpubs, or seed words.
• The supplied fixtures are publicly known and must never receive funds.

Direct USB Continuity-policy registration/signing, delayed-path spending, renewal execution, Groot mobile phone-key custody, and funded all-path tests are not implemented in this candidate.
