Glyphs MCP 1.2.0 for Glyphs 4 beta

Glyphs MCP 1.2.0 is the long-lived Glyphs 4 beta branch release.

Highlights:

• Installer defaults now target Glyphs 4 beta application support paths.
• Explicit Glyphs 3 targeting remains available through existing --glyphs-version 3 and .v3 APIs.
• Adds native Glyphs annotation MCP tools for inspect, add, group, update, delete, and clear workflows.
• Ships the rebuilt Plugin Manager bundle with vendored Python 3.11, 3.12, and 3.14 dependency trees.

Use the installer DMG for the recommended setup, or install the plugin zip manually under ~/Library/Application Support/Glyphs 4/Plugins/.
