UI updates: home, login, getting started

Pull Request description

UI changes:

• Login Page: Updated the layout and design of the login page.
• Home Page: Refreshed the home view and removed the "Quick Links" and "Getting Started" sections.
• Added a welcome dialog that presents the "Getting Started" guide immediately after login.
• Getting Started Page: Added new documentation links and fixed the "Read More" link.
• Refactored the main TBMQ logo to function as a clickable home link.
