Sending Notifications to Customers Without Triggering an Alarm

Hello,

I am using ThingsBoard for my IoT project, and I have encountered a limitation related to alarms. ThingsBoard allows a limited number of alarms, but I want to send notifications to customers without generating an alarm every time.

Is there a way to send notifications to customers (mobile notifications) without triggering an alarm in ThingsBoard?

I am aware of the alarm system, but I would like to notify the customer based on certain conditions without creating an alarm entity.

Any suggestions or workarounds for achieving this would be very helpful!

Hi. For such a purpose, you can create a rule chain logic to trigger the Send Notifications rule node on the necessary conditions.
