After restarting ThingsBoard, RabbitMqNode not able to send message to RabbitMQ

Hi ThingsBoard,
We have a setup an action node in rule engine to send message to RabbitMQ. All works fine until after a restart of ThingsBoard, then the node does not work anymore. No errors found in logs whatsoever. To fix this problem, we had to delete the node and create another TbRabbitMqNode, copy the old settings back, and voila all works as before. We have no idea what went wrong after a restart. This has happened a couple of times.
This seems to be a fairly common issue, is ThingsBoard aware of this bug and is there a fix?
