Revert default deep value back to one #300

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In ThingsDB version 1.2.x we changed the default deep value to 127. Experience learned that this is not the best default and we should change this back to 1 as before. (except for the node scope, as here level 127 seems to be fine.

Change the default back to 1.
Describe alternatives you've considered
It is possible to set the default to 127, but using 1 is just a better default.
