Prevent ctrl-shift-c/v in editor

Prevent browser action after hitting ctrl-shift-c/v in editor. 

These key combination can be easily hit with the intention to copy/paste like in a terminal environment, but in a browser these shortcuts can trigger another (unexpected) action.
