chore: bump version to 0.3.7

Bumps version from 0.3.6 to 0.3.7 on main so the v0.3.7 tag and PyPI release are based on the main branch.

The 0.3.7 tag/release was originally created on the improve/benchmark-and-feature-selection branch right after PR #3 was squash-merged; this PR replays that single-line bump on main so the tag can be moved to a commit reachable from main.
